You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non Ârefundable.Â
To request a refund, click the refund button next to your order on the Orders page and fill out the refund form. The orders page is also accessible via the profile icon in the top right menu.
After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Note that it may take 14 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.

After we receive the product, please allow 3-5 business days to process the exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
