Returns & Exchanges

Thanks for purchasing our products at https://blomehairdryers.com operated by BloMe Hair Dryers LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with the sales receipt, or original packaging slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price.  To be eligible for a return or exchange:
  • product must be postmarked within 45 days of receipt
  • hair care products must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging
  • hair dryers must be in like new condition with original packaging
  • the product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • we must be notified within 48 hours of any damaged products resulting from shipping
If the product is damaged by misuse, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed since receipt, you will not be eligible for a refund.  Defective products are covered for one year under warranty.
SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable. 

RETURNS

To request a refund, click the refund button next to your order on the Orders page and fill out the refund form. The orders page is also accessible via the profile icon in the top right menu.

After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Note that it may take 14 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be requested by clicking the Exchange button found on your Orders page and filling out the Exchange form. The orders page is also accessible via the profile icon in the top right menu.

After we receive the product, please allow 3-5 business days to process the exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
