Your BloMe hair dryer comes with a one year warranty that covers the product against damage caused by faulty material and/or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In the event of this damage, BloMe will exchange the defective product.

Hair care products are not covered under this warranty.

  • Damage due to misuse or abuse such as incorrect voltage or dropping
  • Damages resulting from accident
  • Day to day wear and tear including product build-up, scratches or electrical cord misuse
  • Neglect in safety, or the use of unauthorized attachments
  • Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair

To submit a Warranty Claim for a defective product, click the Exchange button found on your Orders page * and fill out the Exchange form. Select ‘Defective’ as the return reason.  

*Note: The orders page is also accessible via the profile icon in the top right menu.

Once your return request is approved, you will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label that you can use to return the hair dryer. 

After we receive the product, please allow 3-5 business days to process the exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
