Your BloMe hair dryer comes with a one year warranty that covers the product against damage caused by faulty material and/or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In the event of this damage, BloMe will exchange the defective product.
Hair care products are not covered under this warranty.
To submit a Warranty Claim for a defective product, click the Exchange button found on your Orders page * and fill out the Exchange form. Select ‘Defective’ as the return reason. Â

Once your return request is approved, you will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label that you can use to return the hair dryer.Â
After we receive the product, please allow 3-5 business days to process the exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
